Team & Swimmer Entry Details & Fees
Submit entries via the Swimmingly Clubhouse for Sessions 1,2 & 3:
Session 1: 11-12 & 13-14 Individual Event Finals
Session 2: 7-8 & 9-10 Individual Event Finals
Session 3: 6 & Under Finals & 7-14 Medley and Freestyle Relays Finals
The following events will be limited:
Only 11-12 and 13-14 year olds will swim Individual Medleys.
Medleys & Relays:
A swimmer may swim their age group in each relay event (2) and swim up in an age bracket (any level above their age) one time for each relay event (2), for a maximum of 4 relays per swimmer.
No changes can be made to relays once submitted.
All 6 & Under swimmers must swim unassisted.
Review of Preliminary Entry Report:
Coaches/Swim parents, carefully check your submitted entries and make any changes no later than noon, Tuesday, June 24. Any changes that need to be made after then will need to be emailed to northwillowfarmsnarwhals@gmail.com before noon on Wednesday, June 25. Once heatsheets are merged, they will not be unmerged. An exception will be made in a situation that has risen and is deemed necessary. Swimmers can only be added if space is open in the event and in a relay. No additional heats will be added.
Any changes made after 12 PM, Wednesday, June 26 will be assessed a $10.00 late fee to be turned in at the Volunteer Table on June 26.
Team fees will be calculated based on Swimmingly declarations pulled on Monday, June 23. An invoice will be emailed to each team no later than Tuesday, June 24. Checks made payable to North Willow Farms Swim Club or a Stripe credit card payment (subject to a 5% processing fee) will be accepted for final payment.

Please note the slight increase in entry fees from previous years. If this is cost-prohibitive for any team, please reach out directly to Mehgan O'Connor to make arrangements.
Noblesville High School Aquatic Center
SWIMMER, SPECTATOR, & TEAM EXPECTATIONS
The entrance to the pool is via Gate Seven. There is ample parking just outside the entrance, but please be aware there may be repaving underway.
Locker rooms connected to the pool deck are available for the swimmers. Please make sure swimmers are supervised.
Each team will have a dedicated space in the gym across the hall from the pool deck. Decorations are permitted and encouraged; however, ONLY painter's tape may be used to hang items on the wall pads and dividing curtains. At least one parent/coach/adult MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES.
Teams are responsible for keeping their area clean and should plan to leave the space as it was found at the start of the meet.
Spectator stands are located on the second floor. We ask that all parents who are not volunteering, please remain off the pool deck and watch from the second floor seating.
Restrooms are located on both the first and second floors. Gates to the reminder of the school will be down to keep us contained near the pool area and from wandering. This does not mean swimmers should be left unsupervised in hallways.
The Millers Backers Concessions Stand (menu below) is located on the second floor and will be open. Because the stairs to the second floor may get slippery, we ask that parents either meet their swimmers on the first floor or ensure they are dry prior to go to using the stairs.
Each team is responsible for providing "hospitality" for their volunteers. NWF will have ample water, but teams should plan to provide any snacks, drinks, etc. that may be needed for its volunteers.
NWF will provide heatsheets, clipboards, and pens for volunteers. We will have sharpies on-hand for swimmers' numbers. Heatsheets for coaches, parents, etc. should be provided by each team.
Disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated at the meet. Any team coaches, parents, swimmers, or guests showing disrespect will be asked to leave the property.
IMPORTANT: Any swimmer who chooses to ignore the host facility's RULES will be PROHIBITED from participating in the meet from that point forward. The property WILL BE PATROLLED, and THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
